Refund/ Cancellation policy: If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on 07957495720 or email email@example.com within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty. In such cases, any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched. Day-z will not accept exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched.

We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Prices with the marked United Kingdom recommended retail price (UK RRP) refer to prices the manufacturer recommend goods are sold at in the UK market or prices that retailers within the UK market are currently offering the same product.
